Niteotex red oxide metal primer is a general purpose primer for application on iron and steel surfaces.
Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free from all mill scales, rust, dirt or poorly adhering materials. Remove by rubbing down using suitable abrasive paper and then wipe off. Apply a coat of Niteotex red oxide metal primer before application of required top coat.
Note: Sand the surface with emery paper and wipe clean before application of subsequent coats.
Apply finishing coat within 7-8 days of primer application.
Handle with extreme care. Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

Thoroughly clean the metal surface. Remove all rust, mill scale, dirt, grease, and poorly adhering materials using abrasive paper.
Stir the primer thoroughly before use. Thin if necessary with Nitrotex general purpose thinner (up to 30% by volume).
Apply first coat of Niteotex Red Oxide Primer evenly over the prepared surface.
Allow to air dry for minimum 8 hours or stoving at 130°C for 30 minutes.
Apply second coat after proper drying. Sand lightly between coats if needed.
Apply finishing top coat within 7-8 days of primer application for best results.
